We selected Tony Reardon Construction as our builder at The Landings because of Tony’s reputation as a knowledgeable builder, his superb attention to detail, and his honesty. He was forthright, and a pleasure to deal with. We did not live at The Landings during construction, but came down at appropriate times. We never found a mistake, and the house was completed right on schedule and budget. The efficiency of Tony’s staff and the quality of his subs made the whole procedure more enjoyable. Tony stands behind his commitments. “When you build with Tony, you have him forever.” It is satisfaction guaranteed. Tony built a very special house with all of our particular requests. He made our dream a reality, and we couldn’t be happier!
Because we were so pleased with the Reardon built patio home, which served as our second home for 5 years, we never considered another builder for our retirement home. We had so much confidence in Tony that we had him build the house while we were still in Chicago, and only visited every 6 or 7 weeks. We’re more than pleased with our new home, and would use Reardon again if the need arose.
